What do all of those letters after a Realtor name mean?

I am an SRS, ABR, SRES and RSPS! And proud of it! Ummmmm……WHAT DOES THAT MEAN KELLIE??!!!

As a designee, I have not only taken the time to complete these classes but I am also now able to collaborate with other Realtors® around the country who are also specialists and share best practices.  But, what I have come to realize, is that YOU the PUBLIC, without knowing what they mean, have no clue why you should look for these designations when selecting a Realtor® and why they matter.

When I decided to take my career to the next level and transition from a licensed real estate Assistant to a full time REALTOR® with Century 21 Northland in 2013, I knew that I needed to establish myself as a reputable and trustworthy professional.  I began pursuing several designations to better understand the dynamics of listing homes and assisting buyers in purchasing them. I also recognized that there was a significant senior population and second home buyers and sellers in our region so I wanted to learn more about that too.  In the first few years of my career, I was able to obtain my (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative®, (SRS) Seller Representative Specialist®, (SRES) Senior Real Estate Specialist® and my (RSPS) Resort and Second Home Property Specialist® designations. These designations consist of completing many hours of class time to learn about each specialty, answer questions about the topic and provide literature for buyers and sellers to understand the process.

Elevating myself personally and professionally has always been and will always be what you can expect out of me.  If you’d like more information about my services and how I can represent YOUR BEST INTERESTS, please reach out to me.
